Dashboard tour

The Dashboard is the home screen, titled {your studio} overview with the note Key metrics and activity from the last 30 days. Everything on it covers the most recent 30 days.

Getting there

• Sidebar path: Dashboard (top of the sidebar).
• Permission: none.

Setup checklist

If your studio isn't fully set up, a Finish setting up your studio card shows how many steps are complete (for example 3 of 5 steps complete) with a Continue at … button that jumps to the next task. The steps link to adding a location, creating a session, setting up a membership plan, connecting a payment gateway, and installing the booking widget. You can dismiss the card once you're done.

Stat cards

Four cards summarize the last 30 days:

• Revenue: with the number of transactions.
• Customers: with how many are new this period.
• Bookings: with the cancellation rate.
• Active memberships: with how many were added and how many churned.

If a card can't load it shows Couldn't load and suggests refreshing the page.

Charts

• Revenue over time: revenue across the last 30 days.
• Popular sessions: your top 5 sessions by bookings.

Top customers

A Top customers table ranks customers By bookings, last 30 days, with Name, Bookings, and Last booking columns.

TIP

The dashboard is read-only. It is a snapshot. To take action, jump to the relevant screen (for example Schedules or Reports).
