Settings

Open Settings from the sidebar (Admin group) or the account menu. The hub groups every configuration screen into three areas.

Getting there

• Sidebar path: Admin → Settings, or the account menu → Settings.
• Permission: any admin can open the Settings hub. Individual settings pages may require their matching read permission to open and update permission to change.

Screen reference

General Settings

• Brand: your studio name, slug, logo, and timezone.
• Locations: the places customers book (opens the Locations page). Locations are also set up during the onboarding wizard.
• Payments: the payment provider used for paid checkout. Viewing requires brands:read; connecting or changing a provider requires brands:update.
• Bookings: cancellation windows, advance-booking limits, waitlist size, auto-confirm, and private bookings.
• Tax: your default tax rate plus per-location and per-product overrides.
• Customers: which customer details staff and widgets must collect.
• Staff access: opens Staff and access roles.
• API keys: read-only keys for programmatic access.
• Integrations: connect marketing and booking tools.

Communication Settings

• Notifications: opens the Notifications page.

App and Website Settings

• Design Settings: primary color and logo for customer-facing surfaces.
• Website Integration: embed booking widgets on your site.
