Control who can use the dashboard, what they can do, and how your studio is configured.

Staff and access roles: manage dashboard accounts, create roles, and choose exactly which areas each role can access.
Bans: block specific IP or email addresses from booking. Visible with the bans:read permission.
Settings: the settings hub: brand details, booking rules, payments, tax, customer policy, design, integrations, API keys, and website embedding.

Help (/help in the dashboard, sidebar group Workspace) lets you submit and track support tickets. It is visible with the support-tickets:read permission.
