Operations
These are the screens you will use most often: the people who come to your studio, the staff who lead sessions, the sessions you offer, and the calendar that ties them together.
In this section
- Customers: find, filter, import, and manage the people who attend.
- Customer profiles: a single customer's bookings, memberships, credits, and history.
- Staff directory: the team members who work in the studio and can lead sessions.
- Sessions: the recurring and one-off sessions you offer, with levels and pricing.
- Schedules: the calendar of sessions customers can book.
- Staff schedule: the staff rota: plan, publish, and track shifts by location, with availability and a personal shift view.
- Attendance: check customers in, manage the waitlist, and handle cancellations and refunds.
- Waivers: the agreements customers sign before attending.
A typical day
Most front-desk work flows through Schedules and Attendance: open the calendar, pick a session, and check people in. New faces are added under Customers; the sessions and staff records behind the calendar are set up under Sessions and Staff directory.
