Customer settings

The Customers settings page lets you choose which customer details staff and widgets must collect.

Getting there

• Where: Settings → Customers.
• Permission: the brands resource.

Customer Data

The Customer Data card lists each customer field with a Required or Optional badge:

• First name: required
• Last name: required
• Email: required (unique per studio)
• Phone: optional
• Date of birth: optional

Select Save Customer Settings to apply your changes.

Tips

• The Allowed domains under Website integration are the hosts to which a customer sign-in link may return. There is one list, not a separate portal list.
• Archived customers cannot sign in, whatever the domain list says.
• The customer-account URL used by the super-admin Log in as Customer action also lives under Website integration, see Customer profiles.
