Your Elara subscription

The Billing settings page is for the subscription your studio pays to use Elara. It is separate from Payments, which configures providers that collect money from customers.

Getting there

  • Where: Settings → Billing.
  • Permission: brands:read opens the page. Starting, managing, cancelling, or resuming the subscription requires brands:update or covering brands:manage authority.

Screen reference

The all-inclusive plan, monthly total, subscription status, and subscription actions

Review the plan and monthly total

Everything included lists the features in the all-inclusive plan. The Subscription card shows the monthly total, calculated from the price per active location and the number of active locations. It also shows the current subscription or trial status and its relevant dates.

Complimentary studios see the applicable complimentary-access status instead of a charge.

Manage the subscription

The actions shown depend on the current status:

  • Start subscription or Re-subscribe opens checkout when the studio does not have an active subscription.
  • Manage billing opens the subscription billing portal for an active Stripe-backed plan. Use it for the studio's subscription payment method and invoices.
  • Cancel subscription schedules cancellation for the end of the current period. Access continues until that period ends.
  • Resume subscription removes a scheduled cancellation before the subscription ends.

Staff without update authority can review the page but cannot use subscription actions.

Customer charges use Payments

Do not use this page to troubleshoot a customer's booking, membership, gift-card, or POS charge. Open Payments for customer payment-provider configuration, or Disputes & refunds for a customer payment or order refund.
