Booking settings

The Bookings settings page lets you configure booking rules and policies that apply across your studio.

Getting there

• Where: Settings → Bookings.
• Permission: the brands resource.

What you can set

• Cancellation Window (hours): how many hours before a session starts customers can cancel.
• Advance Booking Limit (days): how far in advance customers can book.
• Max Waitlist Size: the maximum number of customers on a session waitlist.
• Auto-confirm Bookings: automatically confirm bookings without manual approval.
• Enable Private Bookings: allow customers to reserve a whole-space private session when no public bookings exist.

Select Save Booking Settings to apply your changes (you'll see Saved successfully).

Tips

• The Cancellation Window works together with the credit-refund choices on the Attendance page, outside the window you may choose to charge credits on cancellation.
• Enable Private Bookings here is the studio-wide switch. Individual sessions, schedules, and occurrences control their private booking cost and whether they accept only private bookings.
