Customer billing

Customer billing connects sales activity to the customer record. Staff should be able to trace how a customer paid, what access they received, and whether follow-up is needed.

Billing sources

  • Point of Sale: staff sell products, plans, credit packs, and gift cards.
  • Booking widget: customers pay during online booking when required.
  • Membership plans: customers receive access based on the plan terms.
  • Credit packs: customers spend credits on bookings.
  • Gift cards: customers redeem stored value.

Where to review billing context

  • Customer profile for customer-level activity.
  • Memberships for plan and pack definitions.
  • Point of Sale for staff-driven sales workflows.
  • Payment provider dashboard for processor-level settlement and charge details.

Staff process

  • Search for the customer before creating a new record.
  • Confirm the active membership or credit balance before charging again.
  • Record customer support notes in the place your studio uses for handoff.
  • Use refunds and disputes workflows when money needs to move back to the customer.
