Customer profiles
Selecting a customer opens their profile: their contact details, account information, and a summary of their activity.
Getting there
- Where: select any customer from the Customers list.
- Permission: the
customersresource. The Staff Actions below additionally require super-admin.
Screen reference

What's on the profile
- A header with the customer's initials, full name, an Archived badge if applicable, and Member since {month year}.
- Profile Information: email, phone (or No phone number), and date of birth (or No date of birth).
- Payment Integrations: linked Stripe / Square IDs, or Not connected.
- Account Details: Customer ID, Brand ID, Created, Last Updated, and Status (Active or Archived).
- Activity: counts of Reservations, Memberships, Payments, and Emails Sent.
- Header actions for editing, emailing, viewing attendance, merging records, and, when the customer is active, Book class.
If you follow a stale link you may see Customer not found. with a link back to customers.
Book a class
Select Book class to open the schedule picker. Use its class, location, or instructor filters, choose the scheduled session, then confirm the booking. Cancelled sessions, private bookings, and classes outside your reservation scope are not offered. A full session shows its booked and capacity counts before you can overbook it.
The action requires reservation creation access plus permission to read class or reservation schedule data. It is hidden for archived customers.
Staff actions (super-admin only)
Some powerful actions live inside the Edit Customer dialog, under a Staff Actions section. They appear only for super-admins. Open them by editing the customer.
Log in as customer
Open this customer's account portal in a new tab. The session expires after 15 minutes. Select Open Account. If the studio has no customer-account URL configured you'll be told to set one in Website integration.
Add credits
Comp credits to the active membership with no charge, useful for goodwill. Enter an Amount and an optional Note, then Add. If the customer has no active membership, a staff-comp membership is created. You'll see Added {n} credits. Balance now {x}.
Sign-in link
Generate a one-hour, single-use link that signs the customer straight into their account. Choose Generate Link to copy a link yourself, or Generate + Send Email to send the customer their branded sign-in email.
Customer accounts use email links instead of passwords. Treat the generated URL as a bearer credential: anyone holding it can access this customer's account until the link expires or is redeemed. Share it only with the intended customer.
Tips
- Staff Actions are deliberately limited to super-admins because they can access a customer's account and adjust credits. See the Permissions model.
